*How to order
3-step easy order.
*How come I did not receive any confirmation emails?
Please check your junk mail box and be sure to add firstname.lastname@example.org to your address book.
*What if I want to change or cancel my order?
If your order is en route, has shipped or was delivered, we will be unable to cancel it.
If your order is scheduled for a future delivery date, we will do everything possible to comply with your request.
Just email us.
*What payment methods do you accept?
We prefer PAYPAL, International POSTAL Money Order or US cash by registered mail (at your own risk).
Checks and Credit cards can be used through PayPal.
Sorry we cannot accept international money order, bank money orders nor personal checks. No exceptions!
*Is there any additional charge?
No. But the Buyer is responsible for the applicable import duty and local tax of your own country, if any.
*What countries can I send an order to?
We offer Worldwide shipping.
*What shipping method do you use?
We use EMS (Express Mail Service indemnified to breakage or loss and provides tracking service).
*Can I use other shipping method, like SAL or sea mail?
Yes, if you prefer any other shipping methods, please hold your payment and email us for quotation.
ATTENTION: SAL (Surface Air Lifted) has no insurance, no tracking service.
SAL shipment is not accepted in some countries of Asia, such as Taiwan and South Korea.
SAL shipment does not accept parcel over 2 kg.
*Do you accept combined shipping?
Yes, combined shipping is available. All items must be paid for on same invoice. Let us know, if you are bidding on more than one item and want us to wait for the second item to close to combine shipping.
*How can I track my order/see if my order was delivered?
After shipping out, we will email you an EMS tracking number. You can track & trace it here.
Refund and Return
*What if I'm not satisfied with my order?
We will accept return of goods only if they are not exactly as described.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
You must contact us within 3 days of receiving the item or a refund will not be granted.
The goods will be inspected and a refund within 10 days upon item arrival.
